The hotel's commitment to eliminating single-use plastic with their new water filtration system is commendable and aligns perfectly with my values as a cultural ambassador.Exploring the labyrinthine medina just a stone's throw away felt like stepping back in time, with the bustling streets contrasting the tranquil oasis that is Palais Amani. The traditional Moroccan cooking class and the set menu offering a fusion of Moroccan and French cuisine were truly delightful culinary experiences that captured the essence of the region.The large courtyard garden filled with citrus and olive trees, coupled with the unique view from the rooftop terrace, provided the perfect backdrop for moments of quiet reflection and appreciation of Fez's ancient charm.
